Holstein Black and White Show

Goldwyn, first sire to score over 400 points!
Among the 332 showcased sires, 105 were Goldwyn daughters and 49 of them placed in the top 10 of their respective classes, six of these placed first!

Heifers:

Junior Champion: Rockymountain Goldwyn Trisha
Reserve Junior Champion: Craigcrest Rubies Gold Rejoice (Goldwyn)

Cows:

Daughters of our sires captured their class in most cow categories including Goldwyn daughters (2 titles), Talent daughters (2 titles), and a winner produced by each of the following sires: Jasper, Sid, Stormatic and Lyster.

The Grand Champion, Winterbay Goldwyn Lotto, Reserve Grand Champion, Starbrite Lyster Lyndsay and the Honorable Mention Rockymountain Talent Licorice, also Intermediate Champion all deserve recognition.

Stormatic daughters dominated the Mature Cow category, with Flèchedor Stormatic Zita capturing the title.

A remarkable achievement by a daughter of SID, a newly proven sire from CIAQ, showcased in the Semex exhibit, Micheret Alexandra Sid, from Ferme Micheret inc., won the Senior 2 Year Old class and Best Udder, she was also named Honorable Mention Intermediate champion at the Quebec International Holstein Show (QIHS). 

Jon-Lu Talent Regina-Red-ET, 2nd 4 Year Old, earned the Reserve Grand Champion title, and
Mr Burns daughters dominated the Junior 2 Year Old category: CYearmo Mr Burns Rainbow, owned by Pierre Boulet, placed first, followed by Sweet-Peas Felicity-Red, ranking 2nd.

A September Storm daughter, Sunnylodge SS Tara Red, owned by J. Beerwort, L. Davis and Lookout Holsteins, was 1st 5 Year Old.
