Québec and Nova Scotia - CIAQ makes up 45 % of the Canadian A.I. market. About 800 000 semen doses from our sires are used each year by Québec breeders served by two distribution channels : A.I. technicians and on-farm service. An agreement with Nova Scotia Animal Breeders Co-Op Ltd allows Nova Scotia breeders to use CIAQ semen and services.
International – The marketing of our products on the five continents is done through The Semex Alliance. This organization is owned by four Canadian A.I. units, Westgen, Gencor, EBI and CIAQ, the latter being the main shareholder. |
