Purchase and Return Policies

Delivery:  Allow four to six weeks for delivery which will be done by an AI technician. For deliveries by Purolator, an amount of $10 will be added to your purchase.

Payment: The amount of your order will be charged to your CIAQ account.

Exchange/Return: All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must not have been used and must still have their tags on. Please include a copy of your invoice and the reason for the exchange or the return.

Please note that if we do not have the merchandise in stock, you will be so informed and given an expected delivery date.
